Marcus Heth, President and CEO

Prior to co-founding Newsworthy, Inc., Marcus Heth was with Versatility, Inc. and Oracle Corporation. Mr. Heth co-founded Versatility, Inc. in 1981. During Mr. Heth's tenure, Versatility became a world leader in Customer Relationship Management software and services. At Versatility, Mr. Heth served as Vice President of Development and Professional Services, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, President of NPRI Technologies (a subsidiary of Versatility), and Vice President of Research and Development. In 1996 Mr. Heth helped take Versatility public and in 1998 sold Versatility to Oracle Corporation. At Oracle Mr. Heth served first as Vice President of Interaction Center Development and later as Vice President of e-Business Solutions Strategy. Mr. Heth holds a BS in Theoretical Mathematics from Union College.

David Drucker, Vice President of Operations

David Drucker has 20 years of experience in software design, operations, and telecommunications. Prior to co-founding Newsworthy, he was Senior Director of Information Technology for the Public Broadcasting Service, in charge of the design, development, and operation of software, hardware, and telecommunications systems. Mr. Drucker was responsible for the fault-tolerant technical infrastructure interconnecting 350 television stations in the United States and its territories. This infrastructure comprised of satellite and terrestrial components operated at 99.999% availability. He also headed the PBS Research and Development group responsible for advanced television technologies. Mr. Drucker has also held senior software engineering positions with Versatility and American Management Systems. Mr. Drucker holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College.

Xinyu Huang, Vice President of Development

Xinyu Huang has over 10 years experience in software design and development and most recently held the position of Director of Software Engineering Group. In this position he managed the design and implementation of large-scale data collection and processing systems. Prior to comScore, Mr. Huang was CTO of Webversant, a company that enabled voice access to the web using text-to-speech and voice recognition technologies. Mr. Huang was also a Sr. Software Analyst at Versatility. Mr. Huang holds a MS in Computer Science from the American University.

Neil Selvin, Marketing Advisor

A pioneer in the information age, Neil Selvin has over 25 years of extensive marketing and CEO experience. Neil is a strategic marketing consultant, helping small companies with positioning, messaging, business strategy, and rapid execution of sales and marketing programs. Neil recently served as the Executive Vice President of Products and Marketing for Approva in Northern Virginia. Prior to his recent move to Virginia, Neil spent 25 years in Silicon Valley, where he was President and CEO of several small companies, including Pivia, OneWorld Systems and Global Village Communication. At Global Village, Neil led the company’s explosive growth, including a successful IPO in 1994. Neil was previously the Director of Marketing for portable computing at Apple Computer, Inc., where he led the original launch of Apple's award winning PowerBook notebook computers. Neil holds BA and MS degrees in physics from Pomona College and Brown University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
